Shipping policy

aineyi ships worldwide (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, EU, and Rest of World). Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. Delivery times below start after we hand the parcel to the carrier and are estimates only (customs and peak seasons can add delay).

Air shipping (空运)
• Free Shipping (air economy) — orders $79 USD and above: typically 7–15 business days.
• Standard Shipping (air economy) — $11.99 USD on orders under $79: typically 7–15 business days.
• Express Shipping (air express) — $23.99 USD: typically 5–10 business days (dates not guaranteed).

Sea / ocean shipping (船运)
• Economy sea / hybrid ocean+last-mile — for customers who prefer a lower-cost, longer window when this option is offered at checkout: typically 20–40 days door-to-door. Not all destinations or order sizes show this method; if it does not appear at checkout, only air options are available for that address.

A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise at checkout. Contact dkai67006@gmail.com if tracking has not moved for 10+ business days or a parcel arrives damaged.
