We offer 30-day returns from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.
Contact us with your order number to start a return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is inspected.
Not eligible: panties and custom items; clearance / gift-card purchases; stained, scented, or damaged-packaging returns.
Shipping: outbound shipping is non-refundable; customers pay return shipping unless we confirm a defect we caused.
